CERTIFICATES AND APPROVALS:
To carry out exhaustive and systematic quality control and thus guarantee that our products meet the Customer’s requirements as well as all contract specifications, codes and government rules and regulations, our company has been ISO 9001 certified since 1999, has held the PED Pressure Equipment certificate (Directive 97/23/EC PED) since 2003 and is certified for flanges according to AD2000-Merkblatt-W2/W9/W10.
We are also proud to be able to say that we are authorised suppliers for businesses including Repsol, BP oil , Endesa and more
Consult us if you require any special authorisation, such as CRN certification for supplies in Canada, as we are fully familiarised with the process.
PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROL:
Dimensional test:
Dimensional analyses are performed with equipment suitably calibrated by our qualified personnel.
Spectrophotometry (SPECTROTEST CCD):
We employ a highly qualified spectrophotometer for quantitative chemical analyses and casting checks and for exhaustive monitoring in all of the manufacturing processes of our forging work.
PMI Test:
Our quality process requires a 100% qualitative chemical analysis of the product in the mechanising process.
Liquid Penetration Examination:
To improve Quality Control in our production work, we have developed an action protocol to be able to detect defects in materials. The protocol is performed at the Customer’s request or on certain materials whose size requires the inspection of this type of test.
The procedure for this test develops a number of general aspects of the ASTM E165 Standard Test Method for Liquid Penetrant Examination.
Hardness test:
Hardness tests are performed with approved equipment and according to NACE MR 0175 / 03 standards.
Other destructive and non-destructive tests:
TOBER has cooperation agreements in place with external laboratories that have an Industrial Inspection Department with international coverage and the best technical and human resources needed to guarantee product quality.
